Hyperbaric Wet Welding

The company has been involved in a number of high profile wet welding projects with typical projects involving galvanic sacrificial cathodic protection systems, welding of doubler plates, together with fabrication and installation of bespoke shutter systems including vessel and structure repair.

R7M provides turnkey solutions with design, supply, installation and repair to any steel structure currently within air diving range of 50.0m water depth and are able to provide our services globally.

A number of third party accreditation centres are currently used although much of the training is undertaken in our own indoor 3.0m deep training tank at the Norfolk base, with classroom and workshop facilities for both lectures and practical ‘dry’ training prior to wet welder training.
